We will be delivering ourselves - not a third party - so you’ll see a variety of faces from SGH as we all fight over who gets to do deliveries 😂

It’s been a sweaty ol weekend and we want to keep up the heat this week! 😅

Both cinnamon and cayenne are warming herbs that have potential weight loss benefits (by speeding up metabolism and lowering cravings). Thanks to an amazing customer we have discovered that they taste DELICIOUS in our Staple smoothie! Not sure about you guys but the full moon has us feeling a little on the weird side this week, so in order to perk us up my team came up with a delicious new smoothie bowl recipe today. This one is mango, banana and pineapple with your choice of milk, topped with fresh fruit and GF granola 😍 we hope you love it as much as we do ☀️😋

We have acai, goji or choc to choose from. The choc (pictured) is made up of banana, milk of your choice, cacao and choc protein (and we use a plant based protein so it’s vegan friendly). Seriously delicious 😋

So last weekend it was juice at the beach, this weekend it’s juice on the mighty river Murray 😍However this time round I was photo bombed by a non-native river rat with a rare appearance onshore 💚
