Not sure about you guys but the full moon has us feeling a little on the weird side this week, so in order to perk us up my team came up with a delicious new smoothie bowl recipe today. This one is mango, banana and pineapple with your choice of milk, topped with fresh fruit and GF granola 😍 we hope you love it as much as we do ☀️😋

We have acai, goji or choc to choose from. The choc (pictured) is made up of banana, milk of your choice, cacao and choc protein (and we use a plant based protein so it’s vegan friendly). Seriously delicious 😋

So last weekend it was juice at the beach, this weekend it’s juice on the mighty river Murray 😍However this time round I was photo bombed by a non-native river rat with a rare appearance onshore 💚
